We participate with most major insurance plans, including: 1199, Aetna, AARP, BC/BS (not all plans), Cigna, Emblem Health GHI, Empire Plan, Fidelis, First Health, HIP (not all plans), Horizon BCBS, Humana, Medicare, MagnaCare, Multiplan, Oxford, Railroad Medicare, Tricare, and United Healthcare. Please call any of our locations to verify that we participate with your plan.
