Sclerotherapy is the gold-standard treatment for spider veins on the legs and thighs — a sclerosing agent is injected in roughly 30-minute sessions, with compression stockings afterward, typically over two to three treatments. For smaller or difficult veins, Nd:YAG 1064nm and V-Beam lasers are used.
